I am an amateur cook, who attended culinary school for one year, 16 years ago.  I enjoy canning and preserving, trying new things, and experimenting with new foods and techniques.  I keep finding, changing, and trying recipes, I needed a place to keep them all.  I’m also starting to dabble in backyard homesteading.  I’m playing with renewable gardens, composting, and raising chickens.  My kitchen’s not clean.  My pictures aren’t pretty.  But my food is pretty good.  These are my stories.

Apple pie drink recipe. You stated to use 1 pint Apple juice, 1 pint Apple cider, 1 liter everclear. I think you meant 1 gallon of juice and 1 gallon cider

In reference to the moonshine, while storing the moonshine if making in quantities, does it have to be stored below a certain temperature?

Nicely written & done my friend.
I started blogging recently and realized many writers simply rehash old content but add very little of worth.
It’s terrific to see an enlightening write-up of some truie value tto me and your readers.

It’s going on the list of things I need to emulate being a neew blogger.
Reader engagement and content quality are king.
Many great thoughts; you’ve absolutely got on myy list of writers to watch!

    Continue the excellnt work!
    Well done,
    Templeton
